Deploy Translation Jobs to Orgs

This guide provides an overview of how to deploy translation jobs to one or more organizations simultaneously.

How to Deploy to Organizations:

  1. Open the "Metadata Translator" section in the NavBar.
  2. Select an existing job from the list of created translation jobs.
  3. Click on the "Deploy Job" button.
  4. The certain job must be approved before it can be deployed.
    When deploying, you can choose multiple organizations at once.

Deployment Permissions:

Deployment permissions control which users can deploy translation jobs to specific environments when deployment is not allowed.

How to Manage Deployment Permissions:

  1. Navigate to the Organization Credentials section
  2. Look for environments marked with a "Restricted" button
  3. Click the "Restricted" button or "View the Users Permission Here" link to open the permissions dialog
  4. Add or remove users from the authorized deployers list (Admin/Owner only)
  5. Users with deployment permissions can deploy jobs to that environment

Note: Only organization admins and owners can manage deployment permissions. Regular users can only view the current permissions but cannot modify them.
