Terms of Service
Effective date: 1st June 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and SimpleT d.o.o. (“SimpleT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of our platform located at https://www.simpletranslate.io, and any associated applications, services, or interfaces (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.
1. Introduction
SimpleT provides enterprise-grade software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools designed to enhance Salesforce environments through AI-powered components, metadata translation engines, prompt builders, and other intelligent automation modules. These Terms govern your use of our Platform, whether as a Free Tier user, Subscriber, or Enterprise client.
2. Definitions
- “Platform” means SimpleTranslate.io and all its tools, APIs, user interfaces, and backend infrastructure.
- “Services” refers to AI translation, component generation, metadata tools, and all related software provided by SimpleT.
- “Enterprise User” means an organization or legal entity subscribing under custom commercial terms.
- “Free Tier” refers to non-paying users with limited access to features and token allowances.
- “User Content” means any inputs, outputs, metadata, configurations, or other data submitted or generated through your use of the Services.
- “Third-Party Services” includes integrated tools such as Salesforce, OpenAI, Stripe, and Google Cloud.
3. Scope of Services
SimpleT offers a suite of AI-driven productivity tools built for Salesforce environments. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- Real-time and asynchronous translation of metadata and CRM data;
- AI-based prompt builders, summarizers, and configurators;
- Component-based UI enhancements integrated with Salesforce;
- Developer tools and workflow automations.
All Services are made available via web interface, API, or embedded Salesforce deployment, subject to the subscription tier selected. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Account Registration
To access the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- All activity under your account;
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Accounts are available only to legal entities and individuals aged 13 and above. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or create accounts via unauthorized means (e.g., bots, scripts). Enterprise accounts may permit multiple authorized users (“Authorized Users”), each of whom must comply with these Terms. You remain liable for all actions of your Authorized Users.
5. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Access to the Services is offered via subscription:
- Standard Plans: Monthly or yearly payment via Stripe.
- Enterprise Plans: Custom pricing, billing cycles, and SLAs may be negotiated via a Master Services Agreement.
Unless otherwise specified, all plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your designated payment method at each renewal unless canceled prior. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
6. Free Tier Access
We offer a limited-access Free Tier for evaluation and non-commercial use. Free Tier access:
- Includes restricted feature access and token limits;
- Is subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice;
- May not be used for production-scale deployments or abuse of computing resources.
SimpleT reserves the right to change the number of tokens available in the Free Tier at its sole discretion and without prior notice. We may also suspend Free Tier accounts or impose usage throttling if activity exceeds fair or intended use.
7. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SimpleT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Services for internal business purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Services;
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
- Lease, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Services to third parties.
This license does not convey any ownership interest in the Platform or its components. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform in any way that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation;
- Misuses or manipulates AI functionality for unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading purposes;
- Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform’s source code or security architecture;

- Publishes defamatory, offensive, or abusive content via user inputs or outputs;
- Engages in unauthorized penetration testing, scraping, or automated access (e.g., bots, scripts);
- Misrepresents your identity, organization, or relationship with SimpleT.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user account engaging in the above conduct, without prior notice.

You acknowledge that use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. SimpleT does not warrant the availability, accuracy, or compliance of any external integration and shall not be held liable for any disruption, limitation, or misuse arising from third-party systems. By using these integrations, you grant SimpleT the right to act as a conduit or processor for the relevant data as necessary to deliver the Services.
10. User Content & Ownership
10.1 Ownership of Submitted Content
You may upload, submit, transmit, or otherwise make available certain content, data, prompts, configurations, or other materials to or through the Platform (“User Content”). As between you and SimpleT, you retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully hold in such User Content.
10.2 Platform Use License
By submitting User Content, you grant SimpleT a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, process, display, transmit, and store such User Content only as necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Services to you. We do not use your User Content to train or fine-tune AI models, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
10.3 Public Submissions and Shared Libraries
If you choose to make any User Content publicly available through the Platform (e.g., via shared libraries, templates, or collaborative spaces), you hereby grant SimpleT an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, modify, distribute, and incorporate that public content for the purposes of making it accessible to other users and improving the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that such content does not infringe the rights of others.
10.4 Responsibility and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and submit the User Content;
- Your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;
- Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
10.5 No Monitoring or Endorsement
SimpleT does not routinely monitor User Content and accepts no responsibility for its legality, reliability, or appropriateness. Any use or reliance on User Content by others is at their own risk. We do not endorse any opinions, advice, or statements expressed in User Content, and you waive any claim against us arising from third-party reliance.
10.6 Right to Remove or Restrict
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, edit, disable, or restrict access to any User Content (whether public or private) that we deem, in our sole discretion:
- Infringing, unlawful, misleading, or offensive;
- Harmful to the Platform’s integrity, security, or reputation;
- In violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10.7 Data Deletion
Upon termination of your account or request for deletion, SimpleT will delete or anonymize your User Content in accordance with our Data Retention Policy, subject to applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
11. Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key principles:
- We collect only essential personal data (e.g., email, login metadata). Billing data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
- Usage metrics and Salesforce configuration data are collected without retention of personal identifiers where feasible.
- Data is stored in Google Cloud EU locations, with security measures including encryption, logging, and access control.
- No sensitive personal data is collected.
- You may exercise data rights (access, deletion, rectification) by contacting our Data Protection Officer at: support@simpletranslate.io
Where required, we enter into Data Processing Agreements with clients and subprocessors in line with GDPR Article 28 and SCCs.
12. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your information, including:
- End-to-end encryption (at rest and in transit);
- Role-based access controls (RBAC);
- ISO 27001-aligned practices;
- Secure application firewalls and intrusion monitoring;
- Access logging and audit trails.
However, no system is infallible, and you acknowledge that use of any online platform carries inherent risks. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and ensuring secure internal access to your SimpleT account. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence or misconfiguration.
13. Enterprise Use & Custom Terms
If you are an Enterprise User operating under a separate commercial agreement (e.g., Master Services Agreement or MSA):
- The terms of the MSA shall supersede these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency;
- These Terms shall remain applicable to any unaudited or general use of the Platform by your teams;
- You are responsible for ensuring that your Authorized Users comply with both the MSA and these Terms.
SimpleT reserves the right to request proof of authority from any individual claiming to act on behalf of a corporate user.
14. Support Services
We provide support to Users as follows:
- Standard Plan users may contact support via our ticketing system or email (support@simpletranslate.io);
- Enterprise clients are entitled to defined support commitments under the SLA;
- Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET;
- Issues are classified by priority, with target response times of:
- Critical: within 8 hours
- High: within 24 hours
- Standard: within 72 hours
SimpleT will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond within these timeframes but does not guarantee resolution timelines. For serious issues, escalation is available to engineering and executive teams.
15. Scheduled Maintenance & Platform Updates
SimpleT may perform routine or urgent maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or feature modifications to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated with at least 48 hours’ advance notice, where reasonably possible.
- Maintenance is generally conducted during off-peak hours to minimize user impact.
- In emergency cases (e.g., security vulnerabilities), we reserve the right to perform unscheduled maintenance without prior notice.
We may also deploy updates, bug fixes, or enhancements to the Platform automatically. By using the Services, you consent to receiving such updates as part of your ongoing use.
16. Availability & Uptime Commitment
We strive to maintain a high level of service availability and platform responsiveness.
- Our infrastructure is designed to meet a 99.9% uptime target, calculated on a rolling monthly basis.
- Downtime caused by third-party service providers (e.g., Google Cloud, Salesforce) is outside our control and may not count against availability targets.
- Our internal monitoring tools include Sentry, Firebase, and Google Cloud Monitoring to detect and respond to performance issues.
- In case of extended disruption, Enterprise clients may be eligible for service credits, as defined in their SLA.
Nothing in this section constitutes a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
17. Feedback & Suggestions
You may voluntarily submit ideas, suggestions, enhancement requests, or feedback regarding the Services (“Feedback”).
By submitting Feedback, you grant SimpleT a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, adapt, commercialize, and incorporate it into the Services or other offerings without acknowledgment or compensation. You agree that such Feedback is non-confidential and does not impose any fiduciary obligation on SimpleT.
18. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Source code, software architecture, APIs;
- UI/UX components;
- Logos, brand assets, and proprietary databases;
are and shall remain the sole property of SimpleT d.o.o. or its licensors. Users are granted a limited license to use the Platform only as expressly authorized under these Terms. No right, title, or interest in the Platform is transferred to you other than as explicitly provided herein. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or branding.
19. Termination of Access
SimpleT reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately and without liability if:
- You materially breach these Terms or any applicable law;
- You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited conduct;
- Your subscription payment fails, and remains unpaid after a reasonable grace period;
- We reasonably believe your use jeopardizes the security or integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination:
- Your access will be revoked;
- Any active subscriptions will cease at the end of the current billing cycle;
- We may delete your data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy, unless otherwise agreed.
Sections that, by their nature, should survive termination (e.g., confidentiality, IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will remain in effect.
20. Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. However:
- No refunds shall be issued for any portion of the subscription already billed or paid;
- Access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle;
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, features, or early cancellations;
- Downtime, unless directly attributable to a verified SLA breach, does not qualify for refund.
If required by law in your jurisdiction, additional consumer cancellation rights may apply and will be honored accordingly.
21. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and all related Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing:
- We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your particular business, legal, or compliance requirements.
- AI-generated outputs — including but not limited to translations, summaries, prompts, labels, or classifications — are machine-generated and intended solely for informational and productivity purposes. They may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases, and should not be relied upon as complete, authoritative, or legally binding.
- Translations provided by the Platform are automatically generated and are not certified. They may not fully preserve the meaning, regulatory equivalence, or legal effect of the original content, particularly in professional, technical, or contractual contexts.
- We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of outputs or translations.
We expressly disclaim liability for any damages arising from or related to:
- Errors or omissions in User inputs or outputs;
- Unauthorized access due to lost, compromised, or misused credentials;
- Third-party systems or tools, including but not limited to AI model providers, cloud infrastructure, and payment processors;
- Downtime, delays, data loss, or disruptions outside our reasonable control.
This disclaimer is a fundamental condition of your use of the Platform. If your use involves mission-critical, safety-critical, or regulated applications, or if you require absolute accuracy or reliability, you must not rely on the Platform without entering into a separately negotiated enterprise agreement with applicable warranties and service guarantees.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, SimpleT’s total cumulative liability arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall be limited to direct damages only, and in no event shall exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by you to SimpleT for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event from which the liability arose.
We expressly disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, service interruptions, reputational harm, or costs of substitute services, whether arising in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
23. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SimpleT and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform;
- Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law;
- Your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- Any User Content submitted through your account.
SimpleT reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with us.
24. Force Majeure
SimpleT shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics;
- Terrorism, civil unrest, war, or governmental restrictions;
- Failure of public utilities or third-party infrastructure (e.g., internet, hosting providers);
- Strikes, labor shortages, or supplier failures.
Performance will resume as soon as practicable once the force majeure condition is removed.
25. Governing Law, Disputes & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, excluding its conflict of law rules.
For Enterprise clients, any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good faith informal negotiations. If unresolved, the Parties agree to attempt resolution via commercial mediation. Only if both steps fail may either Party initiate formal proceedings, which shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Osijek-Baranja County.
26. Modifications to the Terms
SimpleT reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made:
- We will provide notice via the Platform or email (where feasible);
- The updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Effective Date”;
- Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and terminate your subscription.
27. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a continuing waiver or constitute a waiver of any other provision. Any failure by SimpleT to enforce a right shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable MSA or SLA, constitute the entire agreement between you and SimpleT with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
No oral or written statement not expressly included herein shall have any binding legal effect.
